The concept for ButcherTalk was conceived in 2009 when Jacobus Fourie and Steven Gilbert came together having the same aims and vision. With a combined hands on experience in the industry totalling over 18 years both Jacobus and Steven looked at ways to promote traditional British butchery by putting the emphasis on the local butchers shop.
The passion shared by both Jacobus and Steven aspired them on to create ButcherTalk.
