Ingredients
1 large oxtail, cut into joints
a little flour, for dusting
1 tsp ground chilli
1 heaped tsp dry mustard powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper
thick slice butter
a little oil, fat or dripping
2 large onions, roughly chopped
2 large winter carrots, roughly chopped
2 stalks celery, roughly chopped
4 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
5 large mushrooms, cut into 6 or 8 [...]

A great meal idea, that’s sure to please.
Ingredients:
1kg fillet
2 cloves garlic, slivered
5ml dry mustard
2ml paprika
25ml oil
Salt and milled black pepper
1 onion, chopped
200g mushrooms, wiped and sliced
6 sprigs thyme, chopped
125ml red wine
2ml each salt and sugar
Sour cream (optional)
